Sgt. Buddy Lee Parker and Lt. James Earle Wright were a couple of Southern officers looking to impose their authority on WCW. They were obnoxious, self-important and clearly resentful that they never achieved higher status in life (or the WCW Tag Team Titles).

Perhaps it was due to their lack of commitment: they wore traditional powder blue police uniform shirts with trooper hats and knee high boots, but had ridiculously generic tights on underneath.

They did write tickets to fans, though, for major offenses such as cheering Hulk Hogan and the power of Pastamania.
