10 Wrestling Matches That Pissed You Off Straight Away

4. Triple H Vs Vladimir Kozlov Vs Jeff Hardy/Edge (WWE Survivor Series 2008)

A decent as Triple H was at times during his 2008 WWE Championship run, he wasn't the guy to carry Vladimir Kozlov through an enjoyable pay-per-view singles match. But the company knew all that before they decided to try something near-the-knuckle to shock and surprise instead.

Held under the cloud of a controversial angle that had found Jeff Hardy unconscious at his hotel (controversial because similar things were all too common in real life, and because the aforementioned planned match was suddenly off the table for no good reason), a triple threat became a singles match that went 13 rotten minutes before Edge arrived to steal victory and 'The Game's title.

It just didn't stand a chance, and the crowd knew it. Kozlov was so far away from being the dance partner Triple H needed, and it was foolish, arrogant or both of WWE to think that ahead of time. Hardy's eventual championship victory came a month later too, robbing him over a much-more-valuable win over Hunter himself.
