10 Wrestling Matches That Seriously Took The Piss

8. Hulk Hogan & Randy Svage Vs The Alliance To End Hulkamania (WCW Uncensored 1996)

Brian Pillman was smarter than the average wrestler in 1996 and could smell the stench of the piss this was about to take just days before the show.

Pulling out through an apparent need to get emergency surgery, the 'Loose Cannon' was wise to the fate that awaited him had he joined the eight-man 'Alliance To End Hulkamania' squad tasked with defeating Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage.

The heroes began at the top of a triple decker cage and worked their way down, in a setup that was already a little contrived for its own good. Heels were despatched two or three at a time, before a mass brawl involving most of the gang, Hogan and Savage's run-in buddy The Booty Man and some lethal frying pans saw the babyfaces pick up the win after the villainous Lex Luger accidentally on purpose clocked teammate Ric Flair with a loaded glove.

Hogan was mere months away from turning heel and turning the industry upside down, and it came not a moment too soon. The remaining ne'er-do-wells in WCW were buried deep under horsesh*t like this assembled entirely to cater to his vanity.
