10 Wrestling Matches Which Scarred A Wrestler For Life
9. Fandango - FCW Match Vs. Hunico And Epico
Although Fandango may not strike you as the most extreme or highly physical performer in all of WWE, that doesn't mean he hasn't dealt with his fair share of in-ring mishaps.
One such incident went down during his time in the developmental territory of FCW, when the then-Johnny Curtis was asked to perform in a tag team ladder match two nights in a row. The bouts saw him pairing with Derrick Bateman (I wonder what happened to him?) to take on Hunico and Epico.
Though night one went off without a hitch, night two resulted in a permanent scar for the rising star. During the contest, one of the ladder spreaders had become bent and this broken metal was extremely sharp. Unfortunately, Curtis found that out the hard way when he was thrown into the ladder and the piece of metal pierced his arm.
The cut went fairly deep and left the Breezango member with a large scar on his bicep.
He may spend most of his time dressing up with Tyler Breeze on NXT nowadays. Yet, his ladder match battle scar must constantly remind him that, even when you've performed the same match the night before, painful accidents are only a dodgy move away.
