7. Steve Austin Vs. Owen Hart - Kiss My Ass Match (SummerSlam 1997)

This was a famous match because of Steve Austin's serious neck injury, which happened after Owen Hart hit a Tombstone piledriver where he landed on his butt instead of his knees and Austin ended up suffering a serious neck injury as a result. It's also a match where a Kiss My Ass match stipulation was in effect at least to some degree. Austin was claiming he was going to win to become Intercontinental Champion and if he couldn't do it then he would kiss Owen's ass after the match. Here's the quote from Austin leading up to it: "If I can't beat Owen Hart at SummerSlam, he can pull down his trunks, pull down his panties and I'll kiss him right on his ass. I'll kiss his ass if I can't kick it." That was the selling point of the match. The reason Austin continued after that neck injury and get the pinfall win is because if he lost the match due to the injury and Owen kept the title then Austin would have had to kiss his ass. Had they not done that stipulation, maybe the match would have ended with Austin barely able to move and Owen retaining the title that way.
