7. Warrior Vs. Hogan II

This writer will always hold a special place in his heart for Hulk Hogan vs. The Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania VI. It was a true collision of superheroes come to life, and he must've worn out an old VHS tape by rewatching over and over again. The same cannot be said for WCW's sequel.

People loved the concept of it, to be fair.

Eric Bischoff definitely gets a pass for booking Hogan vs. Warrior II at Halloween Havoc 1998 on paper. It was eight years removed from the 'Mania original, sure, but both men were still huge stars and there was value in finding out what'd happen second time around.

Then, as they say, that darn bell had to ring. Warrior sucked, and '98 Hogan was not the dude to carry him to anything passable. File this one under rematches fans wanted to see, then realised they didn't as soon as it started. The whole thing was pretty awkward, actually.
