10 Wrestling Returns That Must Happen In 2023
7. Charlotte Flair
She may not always be the most popular member of the WWE roster, but Charlotte Flair is undoubtedly one of the most talented performers in the company when she is at her best. 'The Queen' has not been seen in the company since losing an "I Quit" match to Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania Backlash in May, so she is set for a return sometime soon.
Having her enter the Royal Rumble and put in a good showing seems like a no-brainer, but having her win the match once again should not be a consideration. It is key that in her next run she is pushed slowly toward her next inevitable title win, as fans will quickly sour on the performer if it appears that there is no appetite for her to be in the top spot.
If WWE takes its time in establishing Charlotte amongst the other big names in the women's division, such as Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and Ronda Rousey, then it won't be as hard to route for the performer. It may ruffle a few feathers but fans will be more willing to accept Flair as a champion if she is given time to settle in before being pushed to the top.
