After 21 straight victories at the 'Show of Shows', Undertaker's legendary WrestleMania streak came to an end at the hands of Brock Lesnar. Though Undertaker suffered a concussion during the bout - one which completely disrupted the match's flow and forced Lesnar to take the lead in an ultimately lackluster contest - the ending went off as planned. After hitting a third F5 on 'The Phenom', Lesnar did the unthinkable, pinning him in the center of the ring.

Most fans recognized that this was, for better or worse, simply the decision that had been made. There were, however, some who refused to believe that Undertaker was actually booked to lose at WrestleMania. Wrestling viewers - and some vocal people inside the business - swore that Undertaker was supposed to kick out of the last F5, but his injuries rendered him unable to respond to the count. As evidence, they cited Paul Heyman's shocked reaction to the match finish.

Like it or not, though, Lesnar was very much booked to go over Undertaker, and even in his concussed state, 'Taker was able to do business. As for Heyman, he's just a really convincing actor - despite the fact that he fueled these rumors by alleging that the incident was a shoot during a speaking engagement.
