Vince Russo wasted approx 10 minutes of pay-per-view time roasting Hulk Hogan at WCW's Bash At The Bash 2000 show. That shouldn't come as much of a surprise to anyone who lived through the promotion's output that year - WCW wasted pay-per-view time constantly.

This was just the latest example.

In Daytona Beach, Russo concocted a story that'd see Jeff Jarrett lay down for that "big, bald son of a bitch" Hulk Hogan. After "bullsh*t like this", Hogan left the arena with Eric Bischoff and the pair celebrated a worked shoot angle done well by downing champagne in their limo. Then, Russo went to work and the wheels came off.

Russo, power mad and apparently deciding that he was Vince McMahon 2.0, blasted Hulk on the mic, decreed that he was a selfish piece of crap and basically fired him in front of the live audience. This didn't sit well with Hogan despite the obvious acting from Vinnie Ru, and it led to endless courtroom battles for real.
