7. Scott Steiner
Say whatever you will about Scott Steiners in-ring ability, but he was a main event star in the final years of WCW, and was one of the names that WWE fans were waiting for when WCW was bought out. For the first three months of Steiners debut in late 2002, he was pushed very hard. But he was absolutely outmatched against Triple H, and their matches at the 2003 Royal Rumble and No Way Out werent classics. Steiner wasnt even on the Wrestlemania 19 card, which was quite a demotion for somebody who had main evented the past two Pay Per Views. Steiner spent the rest of 2003 either feuding with or teaming with Test, and was a long distance away from the main event scene that he had enjoyed at the beginning of the year. By 2004, Steiner was done with the company.
