10 Wrestling 'Truths' We’ll Never Get An Answer To

7. Who Was The Original Anonymous Raw GM Pick?

Was the 'Anonymous Raw GM' going to be the launching pad for a brand new wrestler? Would it be revealed that a legendary puppet master was pulling strings from behind the scenes? Was it me, Austin? Was it me all along, Austin? Who knows?

The original plan can't have been Hornswoggle though.

His unveiling in 2012 was a total letdown, and it felt like a cop out too. Later, lil' Horny claimed he was supposed to embark on a run as a despotic ruler who'd run Raw ruthlessly, but ex-WWE writer Kevin Eck disputed that by claiming the company didn't actually have a long-term plan at all.

It's hard to know who to believe. Surely they had something in mind that'd resolve the storyline and be more satisfying than Hornswoggle - even if WWE didn't have concrete plans, someone from creative must've pitched a better reveal than what happened.
