10 Wrestling Twitter Feuds You Need To Know About

5. Bret Hart Vs. Hulk Hogan

A few years before Piper and Nash were tearing into each other on the social media site, two other legends and Hall of Famers were airing their dirty laundry in public. The Hitman and The Hulkster began trading online insults in March 2011. It all stemmed from a fan asking what Bret would do to help improve TNA... Hart responded by saying that he would 'have Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff tar and feathered'. Hart has never been fond of Hogan, dating back to their time in the WWE in the early 90s where Hogan refused to wrestle/put over Hart in a main event programme. When pressed for his feelings on Hogan, Hart called him 'a two-faced, backstabbing, steroid freak who deserved everything he got'. Shots had been fired. It was only a matter of time before Hogan responded, which he did, tweeting 'Listen to where Brett's speaking from, it's funny he's done everything he's saying I did'. What happened next was either a knockout blow from Hart or a desperate and unnecessary retort, depending on your perspective. Hart tweeted Hulk with 'That's not what John Graziano thinks, d**khead'. Graziano is the name of a passenger who was seriously injured when Hogan's son Nick was involved in a high-speed crash. Graziano's injuries left him in a permanent vegetative state and he will require around-the-clock care for the rest of his life. Everything went quiet after that. Was Hart out-of-order to bring in Hogan's personal life like that? Possibly. The fact is, though, that these two guys should try and keep their emotions in check and call a truce as soon as possible. If Bret can forgive and forget Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels then surely he can do the same for the immortal one.
