10 WTF WWE Moments

8. Hot Lesbian Action - RAW 2002

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xxzee9_eric-bischoff-hla-3-minute-warning_sport To say the professional wrestling industry has not always been the most sympathetic to equality for races, genders or sexual preferences would be an understatement the size of Rikishi's ass. But in 2002, Raw GM Eric Bischoff introduced the world to Hot Lesbian Action and single-handedly set gay rights back a decade. He applauded two attractive young women as they fondled and caressed one another, then kissed. Jerry Lawler made it out to be the most erotic thing he had ever seen while Jim Ross reacted with disgust, probably wondering where the golden days of Val Venis engaging in sexual activity with any and every woman to cross his path had gone. Rosey and Jamal, known collectively as Three Minute Warning, eventually showed up and brutalized both women, making the entire ordeal that much more offensive and inappropriate. How anyone on the WWE Creative team thought the angle would be a good addition to their shows is a mystery. Then again, a staff of sleazy sitcom writers, all hopped up on Red Bull and scribbling down their prepubescent fantasies on paper will always manage to come up with another crappy segment that somehow manages to get Vince McMahon's approval.
