10 WWE Allegiances That Must Happen In 2018

9. Curt Hawkins And Zack Ryder

With Hawkins going 100 matches without tasting victory and Ryder largely confined to online-exclusive content, it's high time the Edgeheads got the band back together.

Granted, the duo lose some of (virtually all of, actually) their luster without the Rated-R Superstar directing traffic, but Ryder has shown during his early 2010s singles run that he is a capable mouthpiece, with Hawkins at least a decent worker if rarely a great character.

The crowded tag team division on Raw - currently dominated by Shield members Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins, along with Sheamus and Cesaro - isn't likely to accommodate them, but a run on Tuesday nights, alongside New Day and The Usos, could bear some fruit.

And, unlike many others on this list - who are already established in the main event - it would probably be something that Hawkins and Ryer would relish getting their teeth stuck into after so much time spent waiting in the wings.
