By the standards of today's WWE women's division, Melina probably isn't the greatest worker in the world. But for her time, she was - alongside Mickie James and Beth Phoenix - one of the very best around.

And it was her reign as Diva's Champion, at the tail-end of 2009, that helped bring a modicum of credibility to the new belt (which, because of its pink butterfly design, seriously needed it).

Melina's stint as champion was cut short in early 2010 when she suffered a nasty ACL injury during a six-woman tag team bout.

It did few favours for the title as a whole either, which was duly passed around between Maryse, Eve Torres, and Alicia Fox, none of whom - if we're brutally honest - were really ready to lead the division.
