10 WWE Champions With The Worst Finishing Moves
1. Hulk Hogan - Leg Drop
It's easy to rag of Hulk Hogan, and we should, because for all intents and purposes, he is a pretty lousy human being. Sure, he may have been a major factor in wrestling's surge in popularity in the 1980s and again in the '90s, but in the ring, the man was dull as dishwater.
Then there was his finisher... a leg drop.
Just a leg drop.
Not even a particularly good leg drop. There isn't a lot of height on the leap, nor much spring off the ropes. People will point to it being a different industry when Hogan reigned at the top of the card, but that doesn't hold a lot of weight considering the likes of Bret Hart were around.
Again, it's just a leg drop.
It doesn't matter if he does his shaking or pointing before hand. It would be like 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin winning a match with his bionic elbow drop. It's why I previously dug out The Rock for the People's Elbow. At least he transitioned to the Rock Bottom.
But even in 1996, when Hogan formed the nWo with Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, he was winning matches with a leg drop.
A leg drop.
It can't be stated how bad of a finisher it was, yet it made Hulk Hogan an Immortal.
