10 WWE Clichés That Need To Die

4. Kane Being A Monster

Kane may not be the most exciting worker to watch these days, but he's still more than capable of delivering a solid match with just about anyone and everyone on the WWE roster. However, if there's one major issue with his character, it's that we're still expected to buy into him being a monster. It's just hard to take him seriously after so many losses! Late last year, Superstars like John Cena and Roman Reigns were put into matches with Kane as a form of punishment, but both have soundly defeated him so many times before, how could viewers ever really believe that he was capable of taking them out? His transformation into Corporate Kane has diluted his character even further, and as hard as the WWE tried, even putting the mask back on him when he targeted Daniel Bryan proved to be ineffective for the most part. This is the same reason Big Show is such a weak heel. We've seen him cry so many times, he's not a giant anyone should feel threatened by! It's hard to say how a problem like this could be solved, but both men should perhaps show WWE that constant face and heel turns ultimately end up weakening their characters in the long term. Seeing this happen to Bray Wyatt for example would be devastating!
