10 WWE Divas You Totally Forgot Ever Existed

1. Muffy

Stuntwoman and actress Caryn Mower was convinced to try wrestling by Ultimate Pro Wrestling's Rick Bassman €“ the same man responsible for breaking in John Cena, Samoe Joe, and a host of others. She quickly took to the sport, and when WWE talent scouts came to take a look at the UPW roster, she was signed up by the company. Given the gimmick of a crazed fitness instructor, Muffy, Mower would cut promos before televised shows, insulting fans and their exercise habits. Still, it would be months before she was brought up to WWE TV. Muffy's time came in April of 2000, when she debuted on Smackdown as Stephanie McMahon's personal trainer €“ Muffy the Fat Slayer. She shrieked at the fans, promised to get Steph into ring shape, made one further appearance at her client's side, then disappeared forever. According to rumor, McMahon was uncomfortable with the idea of having a storyline trainer, the implication of having one arguably meaning that she was in less-than-ideal shape. Mower was taken off TV, then released in September of 2000. She would return to UPW, then resume her successful stunt career. She may not have made it in wrestling, but she'll always have a distinction as WWE's least memorable Diva.
