10 WWE Dream Matches That Only Happened Once

8. Chris Jericho Vs. Seth Rollins

In the modern age of World Wrestling Entertainment booking, it is a surprise that this singles match only happened once.

Chris Jericho and Seth Rollins went one-on-one in July 2014, with the match ending as a no contest. Usually in the post-2010 world this would mean that they must continually face each other on RAW, SmackDown and pay-per-views, but for some reason once was deemed enough.

More so than any other match on this list, I would presume that this will happen again further down the line. Seth Rollins can't be a heel forever, and once he turns the Gift of Jericho (drink it in, man) will be waiting for him to establish this new status.

Jericho and Rollins did face off on a house show in September of that year, Rollins picking up the victory, but house shows don't count, do they?

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
