10 WWE Employees That Are In The Wrong Job

5. Stephanie McMahon Should Be A Chief Brand Officer & That's It

It's really weird, because Stephanie is probably the best heel WWE has right now. She is taking great pride in getting strong heel reactions, and it shows on her face. However, the fact that she is the company's top heel says a lot about the roster itself. That isn't necessarily Steph's fault, of course, but when you consider who she is, who she is related to and who she is married to, she gets a huge chunk of the spotlight, when maybe she shouldn't. A large chunk of television time goes to Stephanie and her promos, and no matter how good she is at her job, people grow tired of seeing the same thing week in and week out. She outshines people, and that does nothing to help them get over, which is kind of the point. When she was feuding with Brie Bella, live crowds damn near turned on Brie altogether because she just wasn't on Stephanie's level. Then, when Nikki Bella turned on her sister to align with Steph, she was overshadowed and never got the big heel push that she should have in that situation. By all accounts, she does a great job as a member of WWE management (as long as she stays away from the Creative Team), so maybe it's merely time for her to focus on that. This would allow the WWE roster to have more chances to shine, and more time on television, which could/should improve the product right away.
