This is an idea that most fans weren't even thinking about until a couple weeks ago. Big Show has always been someone who had a lot of natural charisma and underrated mic skills, especially for a "big man" wrestler. However, even when he was clearly coming closer to the end of his career (he's just about to turn 43), people weren't thinking of him doing other jobs with the company, outside of maybe the vague "ambassador" role that WWE likes to give many of its former employees. Then Show was placed on commentary, and he won people over right away. That charisma and those mic skills were able to shine through. He has a strong, powerful voice that will be heard and understood, and as someone who has been wrestling for the last 19-plus years, he has the knowledge and the know-how that makes a successful color commentator. With his gargantuan size, his body is more prone to breaking down and making the next phase of his life miserable. It's time to look into moving away from the in-ring part of his career, and being able to contribute in a different way, showing off more of his strengths.
