10 WWE Employees Triple H Should Be Pissed At Right Now
9. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
Every time Steve Austin questions creative on his podcast and then says that "he's not sure what is doing anymore," it's as if he's doing his own version of the Kermit the Frog meme "but that's none of my business." If Triple H was infuriated by CM Punk's tirade on Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling, it's possible to suppose that he's mildly not amused by Austin's occasional moments of speaking out about everything from the talent themselves, the company's corporate structure and directly addressing the leadership. Podcasting in the next generation of the non-kayfabed era is a new issue for WWE. WWE has clearly established a friendly relationship with the medium, but at the same time, when the company's in-ring product is so obviously suffering, a public space in which fans can air grievances that are agreed as problems by legendary one-time company employees is problematic. Steve Austin may be a beloved legend, but he could also be a pain in the ass, too.
