10 WWE Employees Triple H Should Be Pissed At Right Now
6. The Rock
The Rock didn't absolutely positively have to come back as a babyface for Wrestlemania 29. In fact, one of The Rock's best runs was when he came back as a s**t-talking heel in 2003. 11 years later he's a far bigger movie star than he was back then, and in all reality, Rock using almost verbatim the same speech that Kevin Nash used against CM Punk in 2011 would've actually made for a more compelling feud than it did for Punk and Nash. Heel Rock losing to CM Punk and using all manner of skullduggery to weasel his way into winning the championship from Punk heading into Wrestlemania would've given Punk ample reason to want to prove himself against The Undertaker. There's a belief to be had that had CM Punk never lost to The Rock, the downward spiral of events that led to him leaving WWE would have never occurred. Triple H being angry at The Rock because Rocky sucked at doing what was (potentially) best for business is certainly a completely valid concept.
