10 WWE Face/Heel Turns That Must Happen In 2021

3. Jey Uso Turns Face

This feels like an inevitable development considering the story between Jey Uso and his cousin Roman Reigns.

Since losing twice to the Tribal Chief in Universal Championship matches, Jey has been recruited by Reigns as a tragic enforcer, helping his family cheat and taking any necessary punishment to keep his leader safe. Jey has directly involved himself in number one contender gauntlet matches, helped cost Drew McIntyre at Survivor Series and has embraced evil to remain a part of his own family.

Since Jey takes no pleasure from doing his cousin's dirty work, it'll be incredibly satisfying to watch the development of Jey rejecting Reigns' control and abuses, being able to take his life into his own hands again by fighting back against Roman.

It shouldn’t happen until near the end of the year, there is far more ground to cover with Jey and eventually Jimmy working for their exploitative cousin. But when the moment happens when Jey finally snaps and takes back control of his life, it’ll be transcendent and cement Jey’s position as one of the greatest babyfaces in WWE.
