Presumably instructed before the show that this match would be used as a vehicle to build to a WrestleMania redo, The Usos and The New Day constructed an absolutely fabulous care package for an audience under-nourished on dynamite doubles action since the teams last parted ways in late-2017.

Built on the very foundations of the contests that came before it, the match saw the teams exhibit violent mutual respect in the form of rampant finisher theft. Uso Splashes and Midnight Hours padded out a festival of superkicks and missed flips as the teams used each other's oldest tricks to craft something brand new.

It was a unique take on the feud, brilliantly supplied at exactly the right time considering the 'Show Of Shows' plans for both squads. The flawless execution was a perk too - Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Jimmy and Jey Uso performed each spot as if it were their own, tightening the meta-narrative between the longstanding rivals.

Regrettably, the teams can't fight forever. But it's encouraging to see them both find new ways to try and do so anyway. Even if it ends in disaster and destruction...
