This all started when Randy won RAW's World Heavyweight Championship in 2004. The Viper was still a member of Evolution at the time so it was inconceivable that his mentor would turn on him, wasn't it? Not likely, as HHH made his intentions clear the very next night on RAW. Fast forward five years and Orton and HHH were set for the Mania 25 main event after the former Legend Killer won the 2009 Royal Rumble. Instead of getting his revenge by merely winning the top championship from The Game, The Viper went on the offensive and looked to those closest to Triple H: The McMahons. He punted both Vince and Shane in the head before RKO'ing Stephanie. Trips would then go to Orton's house armed with a sledgehammer and seeking revenge. He would get it by beating his nemesis and throwing him through a 'glass' window. That was not all as Randy went one up again after beating HHH down along with Legacy before handcuffing The Cerebral Assassin to the ring ropes. Orton then attacked Triple H with a sledgehammer, prompting Mrs Game to come to the ring. Legacy trapped her, Orton DDT'd her and then kissed her on the lips. Triple H would have the final laugh by retaining his WWE Championship on the grandest stage of them all.
