Or so we thought. After a brief partnership, Kane turned on his brother by costing The Undertaker the WWF Championship in a casket match with Shawn Michaels at the Royal Rumble. After the match, Kane locked Taker in the casket and then set it on fire, presumably burning his brother to a crisp, although it was later revealed The Deadman escaped off camera before it went alight. That's not a nice thing to do to you own flesh and blood, is it? Anyway, as we all now know, Kane's scars from the fire Taker caused during their childhood were merely mental, not physical. So The Devil's Favourite Demon trying to harm his big brother physically was unwarranted. The pair would battle numerous times over the next 13 years, and we're not quite sure who ended up as the overall winner...
