One of the few untarnished pleasures still universally shared by just about every single wrestling fan currently locking their sorry eyes on Vince McMahon's often flailing product comes in the form of that fuzzy feeling you get in your stomach when it appears that the pieces are finally falling perfectly into place for the confirmation of a long-awaited "dream match".

Sometimes these beats can be a touch more subtle; perhaps a star is given the unexpected rub in a big-time match and nudges their way into the main event scene. Yet, on other occasions, WWE have wasted little time hammering home the "dream match" potential that is heading our way, plastering those pressure-filled two words on just about every promo package and poster available to them in the lead-up to a mouth-watering match.

However, with that level of anticipation and excitement being built up in those who have simply been begging to see two of their unashamed favourites battle it out in the middle of a ring, often comes with it extremely high expectations. And on these unfortunate occasions, the guys and gals involved simply couldn't live up to the hype....

Angling to see her finally set foot back inside of a WWE ring seemingly from the day she wandered out of the company to fulfil her wish of becoming The Mom, fans had been not-so-quietly fantasy booking Becky Lynch's triumphant return for over a year.

So, when it became clear that Sasha Banks wouldn't be medically cleared to compete against SmackDown Women's Champion Bianca Belair at the first jam-packed stadium extravaganza since the world was gripped by the Global B*st*rd, rumblings of The Man's re-emergence once again became prevalent.

And sure enough, Big Time Becks was back. But the nature of her return left many a sour taste in the mouths of just about everyone watching on inside of Allegiant Stadium and those taking in the action from home.

Squashing Belair in a matter of seconds, the first-ever Man-Handle Slam was enough to conquer the massively-pushed EST of WWE as Lynch embarked on her latest attempt at being a genuine heel. Only, those who had been forced to watch on as both the planet and WWE product went to sh*t for the last year were left feeling more cheated by this smash and grab than angry in the end.
