10 WWE Matches That Were Recklessly Dangerous

8. Kennel From Hell Match

This infamously atrocious match from Unforgiven 1999 was actually dangerous to WWE on two separate fronts: one, it was so ridiculously god awful that it risked embarrassing the fans so much that they would be ashamed to continue watching professional wrestling and tell others not to do so too, potentially crippling their business for good! The other, more serious way, that this match could've gone horribly wrong was the fact that live rottweilers- a notoriously aggressive and dangerous dog- were prowling outside of the ring and their handlers didn't seem to be particularly good at controlling them, leading to them urinating all over the place and even one incident where one dog... executed a full mount on another. It would've taken only one of them to get free of their leash, bite their handler, Al Snow or the Big Bossman and suddenly you have not only the chance for a Rabies epidemic but genuine, health-threatening injuries to the wrestlers and lord knows this match didn't need any genuine reasons never to have been broadcast. If this one match alone didn't cost Vince Russo his job then it should've done!
