Everyone was ashamed of this one. Everyone.

WWE coaxed Shawn Michaels out of retirement to team with Triple H against The Undertaker and Kane in Saudi Arabia at Crown Jewel 2018. Most fans knew it was a bad idea, but some hoped (perhaps foolishly) that they'd still get a watchable and enjoyable romp through everyone's biggest spots.

Reality bit big time though, and the bout threatened to fall apart when Trips suffered a nasty pec tear mere minutes in. Watching four of the biggest stars of their generation embarrass themselves on a special nobody wanted in the first place was incredibly depressing. 'Taker himself later admitted on his 'Last Ride' series that he didn't have fun out there.

How could he? He and Michaels were eight years removed from tearing the house down at 'Mania XXVI, and now they were in Saudi struggling to keep a lid on things as Kane's wig fell off and Triple H's chest flapped about like a flag in the wind.
