Admittedly, this writer just wants Piper Niven to do well.

Anyone who watched her body of work on the independent scene in promotions like ICW could tell you how talented the ex-Viper and erm...Doudrop is. WWE fans have only been treated to snapshots of that skill over the years, and it's bloody time for that to change.

Niven is the kind of wrestler who can work well with anybody. If given the platform, she'd soar in feuds opposite someone like Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley or Becky Lynch, so it'd be killer to see Piper win the women's MITB briefcase in July and then hold onto it for a while before triggering her title shot.

Experiencing such a landmark moment for her career in the UK would also be very fitting for someone who cut her teeth in Scotland and England before reaching WWE. This, much like Drew McIntyre's 2020 Royal Rumble win, would play before earth-shaking pops in her homeland.
