10 WWE Nightmares That Could Come True In 2023

7. WWE Adds Even More Belts

There's been a lot of talk about WWE launching a midcard belt for women. Is it cool that the division would have greater scope for feuds that matter? No doubt about it, but (and this is a big but) the company is already littered with too many titles across Raw, SmackDown and NXT.

If creative do fancy having another toy to play around with, then they'll need to look at knocking off one of the male titles to make room. For example, why have a United States Title and Intercontinental belt when some of that valuable TV time could go towards a Women's IC strap?

Just saying.

The grumble here is that WWE will likely add to their roster of championships and further dilute their importance by having even more of the things knocking around on shows. The Women's Tag Titles should act as a warning of what happens when belts are added without a game plan.
