10 WWE Nightmares That Could Come True In 2023

8. Both WrestleMania 39 Nights Are Too Long

The mighty WrestleMania will be a multi-night affair from here on out. Or, at least, that appears to be WWE's strategy; the last one-night 'Mania was 35 in 2019. Since then, including the super-weird 36 at the PC, the show has been a weekender that aims to rake in dough for both promotion and local market.

In theory, holding the pay-per-view special across two evenings lessens the marathon feels of some one-offs in the past, but that's not always the case. Both cards on last year's 'Mania 38 felt long, for example, and it makes sense to believe 39 will follow suit by producing a similarly-exhausting epic that leaves viewers shattered.

That's a bit of a nightmare.

Whilst value for money is important, it's also true that people would enjoy a tightly-packed three-hour show per night rather than having to sit through the lengthy pre-show festivities and then back-to-back four-hour cards. It's cool to adopt a 'slightly less is more' approach, guys.
