10 WWE NXT Main Roster Call-Ups That NEED To Happen In 2025
3. Oba Femi
It's amazing how great Oba Femi already is, considering he signed with WWE as part of the NIL program in December 2021. Three years later, he's reached No. 53 on the PWI 500, held the NXT North American Championship for a record length, and continually improved both in the ring and on the mic to the point that he feels like a natural fit in the company and a star that can progressively shine brighter as he matures—because, remember, he's only 26 years old!
While it might be tempting to keep him in NXT because of his age, allow him to learn even more there, and wait to call him up in another few years, it's also useful to have young and talented giants on the main roster who can be set up for World title success.
WWE can have their cake and eat it, too. Femi can be the one to dethrone Trick Williams at NXT New Year's Evil, hold the NXT Championship as the top dog for the bulk of the year, and be sent to the main roster at the tail end of 2025.
He has the potential to be the next Brock Lesnar. Capitalize on it, and let us see the matches with the main event stars of today before Femi is left with only his current NXT peers to feud with.
