2. Kelani Jordan

In a short amount of time after joining WWE in August 2022, Kelani Jordan went from just another person among her class to a true standout, quickly making a name for herself with impressive performances in the 2023 NXT Women's Breakout Tournament and Iron Survivor Challenge matches.

She came up short, but she would go on to win the inaugural NXT Women's North American Championship and have a solid run with the title—so much so that it already proves she has the tools to make it on the main roster. There is no need to have her wait around in developmental, win the NXT Women's Championship, and see if she has what it takes when that was already a good enough test run.

Jordan checks off all the boxes. She's young (26), marketable, is already arguably better than 75% of the Raw and SmackDown roster in the ring despite only doing this for less than two years (which shows that she is a fast learner), can hold her own on the mic, is clearly passionate about her job, and as a bonus, is in a relationship with Carmelo Hayes, and it's always nice to keep couples on the same traveling schedule, as that's a massive quality of life improvement for wrestlers on the road.
