10 WWE Opponents That Shawn Michaels Refused To Do Business With

9. The Tag Team Division

Despite starting his WWF days as part of the tag ranks as one half of the electric Rockers tandem, Shawn Michaels showed a massive lack of respect for the division when vacating the Tag Titles in late 1994. Having defeated The Headshrinkers for the belts, HBK and Diesel ended up vacating the gold as the year came to a close. Michaels and Diesel were feuding together whilst holding the Tag Team Titles, and as such they ended up giving up the straps. In a massively disrespectful move, the belts were vacated rather than just having Shawn and Big Daddy Cool lose them to another team in a straight-up match. This is often cited as yet another example of HBK refusing to lose a title, and it was seen by many as him being too big to lose to a tag team tandem. The 1-2-3 Kid and Bob €˜Sparky Plugg€™ Holly would end up winning the Tag Titles in a tournament that came to a close in January €˜96.
