Vince will be 70 years old this year, so he's probably out of touch at least a bit. It was mentioned that he has been writing Roman's promos. Two weeks ago on Smackdown he was uttering "sufferin' succotash" like Sylvester the cat and then on Raw he was telling the Jack and the Beanstalk story. Both were brutal. The brief backstage promo that Reigns did on Smackdown this past week was fine. He didn't mention any childish things. He just said that he's going to team up with Bryan & Ambrose on SD, but at the Rumble he's going to win. That's all he has to say. Keep it simple, Vince. "I'm Roman Reigns. I'm going to kick your ass. Believe that." That's the kind of thing he needs to say and stick to that plan. We don't need long promos from him. It's not his strength.
