It will probably be after WrestleMania. It seems unlikely that it would before WM since he's only been in NXT for a few months while others have been there for well over a year by this point. That's not to say he's staying there for a year. It just means that WWE likes to take their time with these guys. An interesting question would be if he would even be called up by SummerSlam. He really should be ready by then because he's pretty much ready now, but again it's all based on NXT storyline. Balor is a guy with WWE main event potential. He's got a lot of talent in the ring and he's a good promo too. What really helps him is that when he does the body paint look for big matches it really makes him stand out. Going out of your way to grab people's attention is a very good thing.
