10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (Sept 20)

9. Fixing Zack Ryder's Career

From @DTFoster09: What would you do with Zack Ryder to make him a contender?
The first thing that comes to mind is a tag team. He needs a partner. Ryder's not going to get over on his home, so what he needs is a character rehab with a partner. It could be a veteran like R-Truth or maybe somebody relatively new like Adam Rose although he's probably damaged goods by this point. If Ryder can find somebody he can have chemistry with then a team would work for him. His former partner Curt Hawkins would have been a good choice although WWE released him. A talented guy like Justin Gabriel is a possibility too. Saying he should go heel doesn't work for me. Ryder's strength is interacting with the fans, being a people person and relating to them as a guy that dreamed about being in the wresting business. He comes off like a regular guy and only as a babyface. There's a reason Ryder had success in 2011 before he was destroyed in 2012 and hasn't been able to recover. Some fans like him. That's something WWE should try to build on, but instead he's left to sit on the sideline as an irrelevant superstar. It's a shame because he deserves better.
