6. Shane McMahon Coming Back To WWE?

From @cbrowncb: I know Shane McMahon has outside ventures & Vince is grooming Paul (Triple H) & Steph, but if given a chance would Shane come back to run WWE with them? It's hard to really know what Shane is thinking because it's not something he has ever really talked about it and once he left WWE about five years ago he got out completely aside from stock options. My guess is he wouldn't want to go back. Shane was probably frustrated. When WWE bought WCW in 2001, the original plan was for Shane to run the WCW promotion and get it a timeslot where he would have a lot of control. It didn't happen. About five years later he wanted to run ECW as an online only venture. Then WWE decided to put it on TV because they got paid by Syfy, so Shane's idea was killed again. When his mother stepped down as CEO to run for political, Shane probably assumed that he would get a bigger role in upper management. That didn't happen either. If you're in Shane's spot then you could probably see the writing on the wall. Even though Shane is older than Stephanie (he's 45 years old while she is 38), she was given a lot of responsibilities and Hunter was being groomed for the head of creative spot too. Shane was an awesome performer that truly loves the business, but I don't blame him one bit for getting out. I also don't think he's that interested in getting back into it. He's married with three sons, has his own business ventures to worry about, has millions in the bank and is reportedly still close with his family. With that said, would a lot of us love to see him back on WWE TV again one day? Sure. It will probably happen in some capacity even if it's just a surprise thing out of nowhere. However, he may not be interested in working there again. Of course as they say in wrestling...never say never.
