From @SMARKRAGE: Do you think if Triple H got full control of Raw they could produce a great product like NXT?
It's easy to say "yeah sure" because right now people love NXT produced by Triple H, so everybody is clamoring for him to run Raw. As discussed earlier, Vince McMahon is still there doing his thing and he's not just going to go home. The big difference is that Raw is such a different beast than NXT. A three hour episode of Raw every week is a lot tougher to produce than one hour of NXT. If Triple H was running Raw I think there would be more of a focus on in-ring action. Hunter's a huge fan of the business mainly because of the in-ring performance. Obviously the promos and backstage stuff are important, but Vince as well as the people around him are so set in their ways that they don't know how to produce a show any other way right now. I think Raw would be better if Vince stepped back and did less of it just because having somebody else go in there with a different vision would be a huge boost for a product that needs it. That doesn't mean I think it will happen any time soon. I do think it would be better, though.
