These two questions were similar, so I'm going to combine them.
From @Jacknabel: Next WWE Champion after Reigns or Bryan? From @romanbush: Who do you think will hold the WWE WHC going into the Extreme Rules PPV in April?
Those are good questions asking similar things, but not exactly the same. For the first one, Seth Rollins would be my choice. Assuming Reigns beats Lesnar for the WWE Title at WrestleMania, Rollins is likely the guy to beat Reigns. Keep in mind that WWE may want to really make Reigns look strong by having him withstand the Money in the Bank cash-in from Rollins and retain the title. I'm hoping Rollins gets it, though. That one about the WWE Champion going into Extreme Rules is tricky. Rollins won the briefcase on June 29, 2014 so that briefcase is good for a full year. He's still got four months with it if he wants. My feeling is that Reigns is going to have a short run with the WWE Title whether it ends on the night of WrestleMania or the Raw on the night after, so I'm picking Rollins for that one. If Reigns has the title then he becomes boring really fast. If he has to chase after Rollins then that's something that could lead to a big SummerSlam match for them. Predicting MITB cash-ins and title changes in WWE is never easy, that's for sure.
