4. Wouldn't Ryback Be Better As A Heel?
I love the wording of
@carragher04's question, because it (rightly) implies that Ryback's babyface run has been something of a damp squib. The Big Guy is one of the most physically imposing men on the entire roster, and seems to be wasted as a smiling, kid-friendly face. The guy should probably be a monster. In terms of sheer entertainment, I'd certainly much prefer Ryback to be a heel. However, WWE's live show in Newcastle made me realise exactly why he's a babyface. The man is
over with a mainstream audience. His reception was one of the biggest of the entire night, complete with thunderous "feed me more" chants after every big spot. To cut a long answer short, he
should be a heel, but I can definitely see why he remains a face.
