The optimistic fan in me says yes, but the pessimistic fan in me says nothing is going to change any time soon. If you watch NXT then you know that Triple H, who basically runs that show without Vince McMahon, is willing to put the women out there for longer than three minutes to have matches. They also have more storylines that have more depth to them then Regarding the main roster, Vince just doesn't care to give the women time. Even with three hours of Raw and two hours of Smackdown, it's rare to see a women's match longer than four minutes. They rarely get promo time too. It's been that way since around 2008 or so. I like to joke that maybe when Hunter and Stephanie's three daughters are adults that WWE will care about the divas division again, so we're about 15 years from it happening. The sad thing is it might not even be a joke. Some women on the main roster don't really belong, but a lot of them are pretty good when given time on Main Event, Superstars or a live event. It's a shame they don't get more of a chance on the major television shows.
