2. What Is The Best Submission Maneuver Ever?

I posed this question to the office, and after an uncomfortable silence, most of us agreed that the Crippler Crossface was probably the best submission of all time.

However, because nobody particularly feels like paying tribute to Chris Benoit, I'll make a case for a few holds which can be considered on the same level. The Ankle Lock is certainly up there, as is Bret Hart's Sharpshooter (although only when applied by The Hitman himself).

Personally, I've always loved the Figure Four Leglock, particularly when used by Ric Flair. Although complex to set up, the move is convincing, easy to sell, and - by this point - iconic.
