From @nalley_justin: So Kevin Nash is going into the WWE HOF as Diesel & not as Kevin Nash. Right call? He went by Nash in WCW and in the NWO.
It's pretty silly on WWE's part, but it's really not a big deal. This is just something for people to complain about even though it really doesn't matter. We know his name, we know where he worked, what he did and his role as a World Champion in both WWE and WCW. What's funny is if they only show a video about him showing the Diesel years because then they can only use about three years of footage. When they inducted Scott Hall last year they only mentioned the Razor Ramon parts of his career while completely ignoring the WCW one. There are rumors that they don't want them using the real names because WWE is going to induct the New World Order as a group in the future, so they'll use their real names for that. The whole thing is pretty silly. We know Diesel's real name and it can be argued that his WCW run was better than his initial WWE run. His WWE return post 2002 was as Nash too. It's mainly a trademark thing. WWE has the trademark on the Diesel name while they don't on the Kevin Nash name (that's his real name), so they are going to use what they can market.
