8. Brock Lesnar Being Good For Business?

From @WrestlingBants: Is 2015 Brock Lesnar better for business than 2002 Brock Lesnar?
Great question. He's better for business today because of how much success he had outside of WWE when he was in UFC. When he was in UFC those PPVs were doing record numbers that were in the 1.5 million PPV buys range so that crossover appeal makes him bigger for WWE today. As a performer, he's also better today than he was in 2002. He started to improve a lot by mid-2003 and into 2004 before he left. He was also on a full time schedule in those days, so in that sense he had more value to WWE than he does today as a guy who is only appearing for 20-25 shows per year. Lesnar hasn't proven to be a huge draw for WWE in terms of TV ratings and the PPV model has changed for WWE since they have the Network, but he's still one of the biggest draws they have. A final point: There's nobody else in WWE that could be interviewed on ESPN to talk about his future in WWE. That's the star power that Lesnar brings to the table. It's hard to replace a guy like that.
