It seems like Bray Wyatt will be that guy. Remember that finish to Dean Ambrose's Hell in a Cell match with Seth Rollins? There was an attack by Wyatt that also involved a hologram appearing, which is the kind of creepy stuff that Undertaker used to do. This Wyatt/Undertaker feud is about Wyatt claiming to be the next face of fear to replace Undertaker, who is obviously nearly retired at this point. Wyatt's the guy they can build as that next supernatural star. It's not like WWE needs to explain why certain people have these powers. It just sort of happens and we have to kind of throw logic out the window and try to believe in the stories they want to tell us.
