From @GT2o1o: What would you consider to be Kevin Sullivan's greatest achievement in wrestling be it a match, feud, storyline contribution?
I thought the feud with Chris Benoit in WCW (in 96) was great. They had a brawl at the Great American Bash, which was really ahead of its time in terms of being a violent, stand-up kind of match that didn't slow down and really put over the intensity of the rivalry. That feud elevated Benoit even though Benoit ended up taking Sullivan's wife Nancy because Kevin was booking it and thought it would be more personal if she was involved. Obviously it's bad how it all turned out, but as a feud and story it was great in terms of putting over a younger wrestler. Sullivan was also a booker who had some great ideas (and his fair share of bad ones). He was never the biggest guy in the ring but he was somebody that knew how to put on an entertaining show and wasn't afraid to be a true heel either.
