7. What Is The Worst Rivalry Of The Year?

Thanks to Sam Fonsèca €@SamFonsecaa for the question. The Ryback / Miz / Big Show segments and matches made for some woeful television over the summer. Then you've got the feuds that just dragged on forever, like Orton and Sheamus or Wyatt and Reigns. The Divas stuff, as usual, has been awful. But the worst rivalry of the year has to be John Cena versus Rusev, due to the damage that it did to Rusev's character. He went into the feud as a genuine star, he was an undefeated mega heel, and people were talking about him as a possible contender to Brock Lesnar. Then the Cena feud started. He came out of it looking a shade of his former self. Cena had single handedly turned a break-out star into a mid-card joke. A couple of the matches had been okay, but the damage to Rusev makes it one of WWE's worst rivalries of 2015. It lasted way too long and Cena undermined what could have been a top heel.
